The timetable is TBC, but it is likely to involve education in the mornings and training in afternoons with a match day on Wednesday’s.

The courses will be tailored to everyone’s needs and interests. There will be an opportunity to sit both A level & Level 3 Qualifications or take part in our Level 2 provision which will include GCSE Maths and / or GCSE English.

Head of Operations James Tedford said ” We had been approached by many private providers of BTEC sports scholarships, however, after meeting with Mrs Wheeler, Headteacher and Miss Cunningham, the new Director of Sixth Form and Miss Plummer, Head of Sport & Personal Development it was clear that CTK6 is a student focussed establishment that has the ability to diversify the course to meet every prospective student’s needs”

Christ the King Catholic High School and Sixth Form Centre commented “It is a very exciting time for us as a Sixth Form Centre as we launch our newly developed Sixth Form provision ‘CTK6’. This was another opportunity for us to deliver a programme that allowed us to engage with our much-loved community and meet the needs of our students. We are really excited to work with Southport Football Club and can’t wait to see what the partnership brings!”
