Good cod! Another a chip shop is opening on Lord Street, Southport just a few months after the initial success of Diva chippy.

The former City Look clothing shop is being transformed into a chip shop and takeaway which is set to open next month.

Teaser signs have been placed in the window of the ground floor building teasing shoppers and locals as to what the store may be.

However OTS News can exclusively reveal that it will be the site of Lord Street’s second only chip shop. Retrospective planning permission has been handed to Sefton Council to officially change the use of the building from a retail establishment to a restaurant.
