Criminal Damage incidents – Southport Merseyside Police is appealing for information after recent incidents of criminal damage in the Southport area. At around 9.00pm on Saturday, 23 April, a report was received of three youths on bicycles causing damage to a bus stop on Derby Road. They were described as aged 13-14 and wearing dark clothing. They made off prior to patrols attending and enquiries are ongoing to identify those responsible. Appeal launched to find missing Vitalij Rylscikov Police are appealing for information after a 42-year-old man went missing from Ormskirk. Vitalij Rylscikov, from Lithuania, was last seen at an address in Wigan Road around 2.10pm on Tuesday (April 26). Demand for smokefree events and spaces with children present is high in Sefton, according to a new survey. The survey, commissioned by Tobacco Free Futures, found 93% of people in Sefton questioned were supportive of smokefree outdoor events for children and families, with only 5% of people unsupportive. The survey results have been released as a new campaign, Smokefree Spring, launches in Sefton this week (March 27).
