Set in the heart of Southport town centre, Veronica’s is set to open in just under 4 weeks.

Committed to serving the best seasonal and worldly ingredients, Veronica’s will be ready to accommodate all your brunch, lunch and liquor requirements ‪from the 23rd of March‬.

Bringing together a talented and creative young team, owners James Birchall and Claire Doran are going all out for their third venue. Both Botanic Road Bar & Eatery Churchtown and Tea Rooms Birkdale have become favoured venues in their already established areas and they are looking to continue expanding with site number three.

Head Chef, Daniel Makin takes, inspiration from around the globe, from North Africa to parts of the Mediterranean with his brunch and lunch menu. Veronica’s also promises to offer weekly specials and a fantastic Sunday Roast along side catering for private and in house events upstairs in the lounge.

Open ‪from Tuesday – Sunday, 9am‬ – 5pm for food, the bar will continue the party in the evening. Renowned Bartender Jam Williams will be at the reigns behind Veronica’s bar, mixing and shaking behind the bar whilst the venue hosts some of the hottest live acts and events Southport has to offer. Set to offer a contemporary wine list, an exciting selection of tonics, tinctures and guest drinks, Veronica’s is set and ready for your appointment.
