Series Five of the popular BBC show Ambulance, a documentary series which takes a detailed look at the ambulance service from the control room to the crews on the street, shines a spotlight on the North West Ambulance Service.
Previous episodes have seen crews respond to calls in the aftermath of raucous St Patrick’s Day celebrations and show a behind the scenes look at what goes on at Aintree for the famous Grand National.
Episode Six, due to broadcast on Thursday 16th July, will feature Southport based paramedic Michelle and student paramedic Kevin responding to a variety of incidents.
Ambulance airs each Thursday on BBC One at 9pm.
