“I was at Southport train station when I noticed a couple of civil enforcement officers smoking and chatting near to the taxi rank.
I know that these people hand out tickets to people who drop litter. I had a feeling that this guy was not going to practice what they preach, lo and behold he rips the end of the cigarette off, throws it on the floor and then throw the filter towards the bin and this falls onto the ground next to the bin.
The two enforcement officers then walked back towards the station looking for fellow offenders.
Seeing this really made me feel angry about the system”
