A town centre restaurant has reportedly closed its doors with little notice to its staff, it’s been claimed.
Staff at Bistro Pierre on Lord Street say the French cuisine based restaurant and bar has closed its doors for good leaving them without jobs.
They claim they turned up for work ‘as normal’ this morning to be told by bosses that the business is to be closed.
There has been no formal explanation given for the reasons behind the restaurant closing but the location has already been removed from the chain’s website and the restaurants Google page has already been updated to say the venue is permanently closed.
