Ormskirk & Rural West Lancs Police investigating the assault that recently took place on Hoole Lane, Banks, have now tracked down and dealt with the male involved.
Enquiries are ongoing in relation to the recent criminal damage at Banks chippy.
As well as patrolling local hotspots, officers are concentrating on increased visibility in the Banks area this week and will be speaking with local residents.
