Owners James Birchall and Claire Doran are delighted to announce that Botanic Road Bar & Eatery will be opening later this year.
Plans have been passed, lease signed and work has already started.
James and Claire spoke exclusively to OTSNews.co.uk this week, they said: “We are delighted to be taking over Claudes of Churchtown, such a locally renowned establishment. The building itself holds so much character and history that it is important we retain its primary features, whilst adding our own stamp to the property. As Churchtown is already a thriving village, Botanic Road Bar & Eatery aims to bring a new and exciting element.”
