Innovative Paper Bag Design from Asia Pulp and Paper

    By Hayley Mann17th March 2022

Asia Pulp and Paper (APP) has been committed to finding innovative solutions to help our customers meet their goals and fulfill their dreams of more sustainable lifestyles. We have always been confident in providing excellent service and products to the world. We believe that our future is bright as we continue to innovate for the planet and society.

Asia Pulp and Paper Innovative Products

In the past, paper bags were created with a single sheet of coated paper. But Asia pulp and paper innovative products have changed the way we see paper bags for the better. Now, customers can purchase APP’s innovative paper bag design. We have found that printing on both sides of the bag will provide a durable and elegant look.

Our new design is not only eco-friendly but also provides an excellent look. In fact, our new design can last up to 10 times longer than our traditional paper bags. Imagine how much money you would save by only replacing your paper bags once every ten years! We are committed to helping you find innovative solutions to help your business grow.

    How is APP Innovating?

You may be wondering how APP is innovating. Well, we are constantly doing our part to help the environment by finding new and innovative solutions. One way we are innovating is by converting waste into new products. For example, when you create paper from trees, it creates a lot of waste in the form of bark, which is usually discarded. But now that we have developed a process for converting bark into pulp or paper, we can now use this waste as a resource for our company! We also recycle unused packaging materials like polystyrene foam and old newspapers. This reduces our dependence on natural resources and helps us move towards becoming more sustainable. In addition to these innovations, APP has also been working hard to reduce the environmental impacts of farming activities like clearing forests to grow crops and plant trees in their place. What does this mean? It means that farmers can clear less land and still produce enough food in less area.

    What will the future hold?

What will the future hold for APP? We believe that our future is bright. With recent innovations, we have seen our company and products grow in leaps and bounds. As we continue to innovate for the planet and society, this only means good things for the future of papermaking.

The Bag-in-Bag is a simple product innovation where the APP has taken all of its knowledge of paper to create bags that can be used as grocery bags, tote bags, shopping bags, or any other type of bag you can imagine. The Bag-in-Bag is made out of one sheet of pulp board and one-liner material to form a bag. This makes it easy to produce on an industrial scale. It also reduces waste by keeping all the materials together instead of throwing away multiple pieces like with traditional methods. Additionally, these bags are significantly cheaper than traditional paper bags, which saves production costs while still providing excellent quality.

APP is at the forefront of the evolution with innovative ways to manufacture paper bags. With their TwinPulp technology that uses both mechanical and chemical pulping, they can make paper bags that are stronger and more sustainable than ever before. These new innovations are just the beginning of what is coming next. Keep up with the latest news by following them on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
