    How to Build Up Resistance to Stress

    Stress is unavoidable these days. It seems like the world is heading down South fast, and many people feel hopeless in that kind of situation. Stress also comes on a personal level. We all know life can be tough sometimes, and those motivational phrases like “Never quit!” don’t always do the job well. 

    The worst part of stress is that it’s a real silent killer. It’s a significant reason for millions of unexpected deaths worldwide, especially among the youth. As many would say, it can eat you up from inside. Stress is one of the leading causes of anxiety and depression, so it would be great if we could learn techniques that can prevent and stop it instead of treating it with anxiety meds. 

    Luckily for you, we have a few good tips on how to build up resistance to stress and keep your mind healthy:

    • Be active;
    • Eat well;
    • Have fun;
    • Sleep enough;
    • Be positive.

    Ease Up with Fun Activities
