The full list of candidates standing in the upcoming May 7th local elections in Southport have been published today.
106 people will be standing to try and win your vote to represent you on Sefton Council. Voters are being told they should cast three votes at the election, with each of the seven wards in Southport having three seats up for grabs.
Labour, the Conservatives, Lib Dem’s and Reform UK are all putting up 21 candidates, while the Green Party have 18 candidates and Southport Community Independents have 4.
