The Southport Bach Choir at Emmanuel Parish Church are holding a ‘Come and Sing’ event conducted by Musical Director Marc Murray at the start of next month.
Members of the public will be invited to join in to sing Rutter’s Requiem.
A spokesperson for the choir said: “John Rutter’s Requiem is one of the most frequently performed works displaying. like his famous carols, the engaging and lyrical qualities which singers and audiences enjoy so much.
“The day will run from 10.30am to 5pm, ending with a performance ‘run through’ of the music at 4.15pm which non-singing guests are welcome to attend.
