BREAKING NEWS | Southport Street closed after man stabbed

A cordon is in place and officers will be in the area for some time.

There is a major police presence in Southport this evening amid reports that a young man was stabbed.

Officers were called to Birch Street at around 8pm today, to reports of an incident.
