Improved Cumfybus 15A Service for Birkdale residents This week sees improvements to the hourly 15A Cumfybus service through Birkdale, thanks to the efforts of Birkdale Lib Dem councillor Simon Shaw. Until last week the 15A service from Clive Road used to run through part of Birkdale Village and then turn into Alma Road, crossing the railway line at Upper Aughton Road.
