Man and two dogs rough sleeping in Southport

Sad times – this man and his two dogs have spent another night in the rain. This man has taken rest in a weather shelter along Park Road West, near to the Southport Golf Links, Friday 29 July 2016.

Fiona Aldred who organised Rockin for the homeless at Birkers said:

“We are back out and on the ball this Monday, however mine and my friend’s car is always filled with essentials for when we drive past anyone we see in need.

We will be out again from the first Monday of every month and if anyone sees any rough sleepers please tag myself, Fiona Aldred or Stella Kelly and we will do our best to get to them before they move.

“Thank you”
