Dear OTSnews

I read the article that you published earlier this week and I believe that this is not the only problem spot in the resort. I have concerns for the safety of visitors to the resort particularly on Neville Street.

My mother, 71, who is partially sited walked into one of the many A-Boards on Neville Street last year and cut her leg so badly she received hospital treatment.

We did not report the incident to the authority.

The A-boards and bucket displays etc make the street a dangerous obstacle course for the older visitors and disabled people. Who would be liable in the case of another person falling or injuring themselves, the council who owns the land that the boards are on or the owners or this clutter?
