Are you thinking about starting your own business?

Local organisation smarta business starter have European funding to offer anyone over 16 years of age living on Merseyside free support to start up their own business.

This support is for 12 hours and includes one-to-one advice and a range workshops designed to offer all the support needed to develop their business idea through to starting up the business and includes topics such as using social media for business, marketing, sales and finance as well as the core start-up workshops. Before starting any business be aware of filing an annual report of the business. You can file it online, you just need to pay the fee.

John Mathias speaking to OTS News said: “We will be putting a start-up workshop on at the Atkinson on Tuesday 2nd May 1pm – 4pm.”

“It will be an informal and interactive introduction to what it’s like to be self-employed and run your own business.”

“Attendees will also learn about the further support available through the European funded Enterpise Hub initiative – giving them 12 hours free business support to help them realise their ambitions of starting up their own business.”
