Wine bar & delicatessen on the menu for Birkdale Village

Plans have been submitted to turn a former bank in Birkdale village into a new wine shop, bar & delicatessen.

Applicant Charles Furnell has applied to change the use of the ground floor of the former Santander bank and alter the front and side elevations of the Liverpool Road building.

A decision is expected to be made on the application by January 19 2018.
