Warning about suspicious circumstances from Lancashire Police

In Tarleton two incidents have been reported.

A white Ford Transit van displaying the registration number PJ53PXK with two males in the vehicle of East European origin were seen driving very slowly in the area, looking at houses and up driveways.

2 males were knocking on doors at properties in Tarleton area asking residents if they wanted their drives doing. They are very pushy, knocking on windows and when they don’t get an answer are seen going up the sides of properties.

One male is described as late 40s with short black hair, wearing jeans and high vis jacket. The other smaller, older male was wearing a dark grey blazer. They were driving possibly a white Renault van displaying the registration number FL16ZTE with a named Paving and Landscape company and a phone number starting with 01942.

Please be aware if either of these vehicles appear in your area and inform the Police of any suspicious circumstances.
