WANTED prison absconder – HMP Kirkham

POLICE are appealing for information to find a wanted prison absconder.

Mathew Ferguson, 22, absconded from HMP Kirkham (Wednesday, March 11).

Ferguson, formerly of Clarendon Road, Eccles, Manchester, was sentenced to 30 months in prison at Burnley Crown Court in June for offences including burglary, making a false representation and theft of a vehicle.

He is described as white, 5ft 10in tall, of medium build with blue eyes and short brown hair. He speaks with a Manchester accent.

Ferguson has links to the Eccles, Salford and Radcliffe areas of Manchester.
