Vonteers required to choose Bar Mio Gin

Bar Mio, of 108 Station Road in Ainsdale is the latest Sefton bar to get its very own label premium gin.

Stefano was so impressed with the Limited Edition Birkdale Golfers’ Gin (he sold 6 bottles) that he got together with Damian Bond of Birkale Distillery to see if he could have his own bespoke blend.

This is where we need your help. Rather than choose the gin ourselves, we want up to 30 volunteers to be guided through a taste competition to taste 5 different blends of Gin and score them on their merits of balance, length, intensity and complexity.

There is a charge of £20 for this evening, which includes buffet food and a £10.00 charitable donation to Alzheimers’ Research UK.
The tasting starts at 6.30 on Thursday 16th November at Bar Mio in Ainsdale.
