Three men arrested on suspicion of burglary at Formby Golf Club
At approximately 06:50 hrs this morning, Sefton Officers responded to a report of Burglary at Formby Golf Club, Friday 7 September.
It was reported, that a group of youths were breaking in to an out-building within the confines of the course. Upon arrival of officers, the males ran off in several directions into the surrounding wood land.
The area was contained and assistance was sought from the Police Helicopter.
Due to the prompt response from officers on the ground, 3x suspects were detained and arrested on Suspicion of Burglary.
They remain in Custody, pending interview later today.
