Bored teenagers have used a car as a makeshift battering ram to uproot a tree at Ocean Plaza, Southport.

The group of teens were spotted reversing continuously into the decorative tree outside Dunelm Mill on the shopping estate earlier this week in an act of mindless vandalism.

Although initially reported to the police, OTSNews.co.uk understands that there is not enough evidence to directly identify the culprits.
