Star chef revives empty Ainsdale restaurant

A famed Southport culinary genius is taking over a forgotten restaurant in Ainsdale.

Paul Lang and his wife Claire will take over the former Six30 bistro on Liverpool Road in Ainsdale after years of the building lying empty.

It shut in early 2017 after mixed reviews but Paul Lang is confident his popularity will bring many of customers.

Paul said: “When the opportunity came up to take over this site I couldn’t resist or pass it up so it made sense to us. I know we have a lot of dedicated customers and they will come visit but our food speaks for itself and to be able to bring that to Ainsdale Will please a lot of new faces too.”

The restaurant is set to open on the 8th January 2019.
