At around 1.45am on Friday 2nd July a garage in the Birkdale/Hillside area was broken into and a set of golf clubs stolen. The perpetrator left the scene on a bicycle.

The clubs are a tailor made M6 Driver, GAPR lo 2 iron, Mizuno MP18 SC irons, Vokey wedges and a Progear/c groove putter. Plus all accessories, bag, waterproofs and rangefinder.

A Karcher pressure washer was stolen from a shed on Southbank Road around midnight on 2nd July.

Residents were woken by noises in the back garden and the security light on. Their side gate had been unlocked and was wide open along with their neighbours.

After securing the gate and advising the neighbours to do the same the resident went out again and found someone had pulled their shed door apart to get into it.

The resident reported hearing noises from behind the shed and assumed the perpetrators had escaped into adjacent gardens in the Cumberland Road/ Westmoreland Road area.

A Ladies red and silver Carrera Kraken mountain bike was stolen from Churchtown on Friday 25th June. The owner is keen to recover the bike, if anyone has information please contact Merseyside Police on 101.
