Southport V Tranmere | White Receipt

16th December 2018

Ahead of the Tranmere fixture, Southport Football Club want to make sure supporters are aware of the arrangements in place.

For fans who purchased tickets for one or both of the above games mentioned in person from the Club Shop, they will have received the following ticket and receipt. The orange card attachment was stapled to make the receipt more noticeable.

An example of what will have been given as proof of purchase.

It is extremely important, which will have been mentioned upon purchase, that the white counterpart is the actual ticket and will gain you access at the turnstile as proof of purchase.

Please retain the white receipt on the day of the game as this will be used as evidence in the next phase of ticket sales if the the club are successful in the Emirates FA Cup (priority rules). Additional tokens or vouchers will not given out at the turnstile to ensure access to the ground is quick and efficient.

For those who have bought online, these sales have been tracked on the Kaizen Ticketing system and will give customers access to the portal for potential Tottenham Hotspur tickets depending on what has been purchased previously as stated in the ruling.

For Tottenham Hotspur tickets, if the club get there, supporters must purchase tickets via the same method they did so for Solihull and Tranmere. A bespoke match-day ticket will be given out for this fixture if the club are successful for sales in person. The online method of scanning your ticket will be the same as usual.

Any queries should be directed towards secretary@southportfc.net at the first instance or visit the Club Shop well in advance on the day of the game.

Thank you in advance for your co-operation. The white receipt method has been used due to the quick turnaround in the rescheduling of the fixture for television.
