Southport Road closed after rush hour crash

A Southport was closed after a rush hour car crash this morning (Friday 6 October)

Lancashire Police closed Southport Road in both directions at the junction with Gorsuch Lane, near to the entrance of Scarisbrick Hall School.

Three women were injured in the crash.

Air ambulance attended but fortunately not needed.
