Pub pulls no punches with major refurb

Pub bosses have thrown £350,000 into a refurbishment of the Richmond Pub.

A huge new outdoor area and a refreshed inside now greet customers and regulars of the Scarisbrick New Road pub after months of work.

Mike Gauder, area manager for Jospeh Holt pubs, revealed that the pub has been completely redecorated inside and out, and that the transformation has also included creating a new enclosed grassed/outdoor seating area at the back of the pub.

Mike explained: “We have worked really hard to think about how best to improve this much-loved pub.

The areas now are more focussed on what customers really want and need – lovely outdoor areas for when the weather is nice, up-to-date on trend decor and lovely lighting”.
