A power outage is currently affecting the whole of Ormskirk this afternoon. Thursday 16 February 2017
Zara Lynzi Hodson was at the retail entail park and confirmed all shops on the remain closed, 2pm
It is unknown at this time what has caused the power cut.
OTS News understand that the retail park has now reopened 4pm.
