PC DALBY of Lancashire police is looking for flasher in Ormskirk
PC Dalby said: “I am currently investigating multiple exposures in and around Ormskirk town centre, whereby a male described as being white with strawberry blonde hair has been sat in a small black, hatchback car (possibly a Corsa) with a partial reg plate of PF04 or similar, exposing himself to females in the evening times.”
