Paramedics called to woman unconscious on Southport Promenade

Paramedics have rushed to Southport promenade to help a woman after she fell and injured herself near to the theatre (Wednesday 27 December 2017).

Passers by stopped and gave the woman, thought to be in her late thirties after she stumbled and fell, hitting her head on the pavement.

Paramedics have been called to the scene to treat the woman for minor injuries.

An eye witness said the woman had been seen to be disorientated before she stumbled and collapsed onto the pavement.
