MP Damien Moore visits Merefield School in Southport

MP Damien Moore had the pleasure  of visiting Merefield School in Southport to meet with staff and pupils.

Damien said “On my visit I had the opportunity to tour the school and see their fantastic facilities.”

“I also spoke with the Headteacher, Sue Clare, and the Chair of Governors, Brenda Porter, who shared with me their frustration at not being able to find a permanent nurse for the school. Following this, I will be working with Merefield in the coming months to see what I can do to help solve this issue and provide more reassurance to parents.”
