Merseyside Police can confirm that a 63-year-old man from Skelmersdale has been spoken to again today about video footage of him and another man in Ormskirk Road, Aintree on Thursday evening.
The man suffering bruising around his eye and sore ribs after falling to the ground when another man collided with him.
The 63-year-old has declined to make any allegation or report of assault in relation to this incident.
A 34-year-old man from Formby was interviewed under caution on Sunday after voluntarily attending at a local police station and has provided an account of the incident.
Police enquiries remain on-going at this time.
