if it is true that the event brings visitors, just as certainly it is the cause of environmental pollution that some consider avoidable.
As many have said before me, it seems that the council should review its medium and long-term strategy for the development of the town. In doing so, it should reflect on what makes Southport different from other resorts in the region and the United Kingdom.
