Fears that the Band Stand is becoming a hotbed of drug taking have been fuelled after photos were taken showing alleged distribution and use of cannabis
A group of teenagers were caught on camera earlier this evening inhaling a 'herb like' rolled cigarette which reportedly 'stank of weed' according to passers by.
OTS has taken the decision to blur the faces of those pictured.
The teenagers in question, one who was in a wheelchair, left the scene before police community support officers stopped by on a tip off from a concerned resident.
The area is popular with drug takers and gangs, given its supposed secluded nature of overgrown bushes and plants around the edge of the Band Stand.
