Hero Pleasureland boss assaulted as he defends Park land

The boss of Pleasureland has been viciously attacked after trying to defend Princes Park from invading travellers.

Norman Wallis tried to stop travellers breaking through to Princes Park for the second time in a month but suffered severe bruising after being barged out of the way.

The heroic Pleasureland boss tried to singlehandedly stop the invasion but was pushed aside forcibly and left black and blue for his troubles.

While he did manage to see off some of the travellers, after he was assaulted they simply went to the other park entrance and broke down bollards to get in.

Norman told OTS News that he was just trying to stop Southport from being littered and ruined by the continuing blight of invading travellers.
