Sleep deprived Residents have vented their fury after a local pub’s alarm system was blaring throughout the night.
Southport residents living by the Thatch and Thistle are furious at the constant alarms regularly coming from the pub in the small hours of the morning.
Last night was the latest in a series of unwanted wake up calls after the alarm system was tripped yet again and nobody disarmed it.
One local homeowner has informed OTS that a burglar alarm sounded last night until 1:45am.
Last night’s alarm was the the fifth late night incident in the past 8 days.
Wishing to remain anonymous, the local resident told OTS: “Since last weekend, alarms having been coming from the pub in the small hours of the morning.”
“No-one actually comes to turn them off, they sound for half an hour and just end”
“The alarm is absolutely piercing and you can hear it all the way down the street”
