The Pacific restaurant will open seasonally at the Vincent hotel from the end of March to beginning of October.
A spokesperson for southport’s number one hotel said: “Out of season the Pacific Restaurant will be available 7 nights a week for private dining with the V-Café menu and set menus available (including sushi).
“We are offering free room hire for private parties over 20 guests. We are also offering Sushi banquets in Pacific and Sushi and Cocktail training events. The Pacific will also still be open on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New years eve offering the full Vincent menu.”
