Female cyclist knocked off bike in treacherous weather conditions 

A woman was taken hospital after being knocked down on Eastbank Street Southport this evening, Monday 21 November 2016.

One witness said “the weather conditions were terrible, the poor girl was very shaken after the collision.”

The woman was conscious and taken to Southport DGH by a member of the public.

Her condition is not thought to be serious.
