Expensive Civic smashes out of control on wet Lord Street

The driver of a car has lost control of their vehicle and demolished a set of traffic lights on Lord Street this afternoon, Monday 9 March 2020.

Police are now on the scene. An update from Merseyside Police is expected due course.
