Duncan Oakley, Mike Wilkinson & Craig Deeley – Saturday 6 August 2016

With musical skills that would easily fit into many rock bands Duncan Oakley performs an infectious mix of musical comedy and stand up that has seen him become one of the leading headliners in the business.

With an eye and ear for the silly, rude, playful and downright irritating occurrences of life Duncan musters up songs that not only make you laugh, they bury into the recesses of your mind and find you a humming tune with a smile on your face three days later, confused and wondering where it’s come from.

“Unlike some musical comics who rely on a guitar to get them through, Oakley’s routine deftly mixes the tunes with the stand-up” – City Life

Mike Wilkinson is a long time pal and comedy colleague of Peter Kay and has also supported him on tour. He must be in demand as he’s also toured with Johnny Vegas and Ross Noble! Full to the brim with down to earth Northern charm, Mike takes a bemused glance at the world and then throws it a smile. The laughs come thick and fast with his dry humour and razor sharp wit.

“Excellent” – City Life

Craig Deeley has that special everyman charm with a dash of the x factor. This twinkle in his eye and his witty anecdotes make him a favourite with all types from the kids to the grannies. His gifts on stage have been accompanies by a cult following on Twitter a sign of his never ending ability to generate cutting edge one-liners.

“He possesses that rarity in British stand-up – natural charm” –BBC
