Caribbean Fusion is the brain child of chef Paul Rowe. Born in St Vincent, he has lived in Maghull for the last six years and launched his popular monthly pop up restaurant in late 2016.

Paul said: “The popularity of Caribbean Fusion has grown and grown, so now felt like the right time to expand.

“Rather than simply take my pop up restaurant to other venues, I wanted to create a whole experience for people so I have now launched the Supper Club. I’ve got a series of events planned in Southport, Crosby and Aughton.

“I’m really proud of my heritage, so it is a privilege to have a job where I can share it with so many people. The food is all freshly made using authenticate recipes passed down through my family but I have added my own twist here and there.

I am hoping the Supper Club will bring a little ray of Caribbean sunshine to people across Sefton and West Lancashire this winter.”

Events are planned for Stamps Bar, Crosby, (February 17, March 16 and April 21); Spiga, Bold Street, Southport (February 3, March 3 and April 7) and Christ Church Ministry Centre, Long Lane, Aughton (March 10). Monthly pop up nights continue also in Scrummies Café, Station Road, Maghull.
