Birkdale Park Nursing home on Lulworth Road in Birkdale has today (Friday 12th March) been giving local paramedics free chip butty lunches to thank them for the fantastic work they do.
‘Chippy Friday’ saw a number of paramedics call past to collect a well-earned tasty treat.
Owner Jonathan Cunningham said:
“We all know they deserve more than a 1% pay rise.
“You are welcome any day, even just for a cuppa. We all think you are doing an amazing job.”
