Birchall Blackburn Law has launched their search for the next generation of talent to join their growing team through the launch of training contracts.

The company, named as one of Britain’s most inspiring businesses, offers 2 training contracts per year; starting in September and March. The trainees have the opportunity to experience at least 3 different areas of law during their training contract, which may be based at any of the offices.

Cathy MacCracken, Partner at Birchall Blackburn Law said: “Our trainees are valued members of our teams and we aim to continue to build their careers at Birchall Blackburn Law after qualification. Many of our previous trainees have developed successful careers at the firm and a number of our Partners were previously trainees here.”

Support for trainees

Trainees are supported throughout the duration of their 2 year training contract. They have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners who offer guidance with an approachable open door policy. Trainees really benefit through the opportunity to gain ‘hands on’ experience and work independently with the appropriate supervision to develop their skills.
