Sefton Rangers say that due to high tides and potential weather conditions, Southport Beach Car Park may be closed from Wednesday 9th August until Saturday 12th August 2017.
Then, due to high tides, Southport Beach Car Park will be closed from Sunday 20th August until Saturday 26th August 2017.
Due to high tides, capacity at Ainsdale Beach Car Park will be reduced from Tuesday 22nd August until Wednesday 23rd August 2017.
Please note that beach car parks can be closed at other times, for other reasons such as severe weather or organised events.
Beach car parks will close for the winter on 1st October.
