Appeal launched to find missing teenager

Police are appealing for information after a 14-year-old girl went missing from Ormskirk.

Destiny Marston was last seen in McDonalds restaurant around 5pm on August 7.

 She is described as white, of slim build, 5ft 2in tall with long, light brown hair. She was wearing a grey hooded top, stonewashed denim jeans and white trainers when she disappeared.

Destiny has links to Salford and Southampton.

 Police are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare and are asking for the public’s help in finding her.

 PC David Hogan, of Skelmersdale Police, said: “Destiny has been missing for several days now and we would urge anyone who knows of her whereabouts to get in touch with us. We are becoming increasingly worried about her and want to know she is safe.

 “We would also appeal to Destiny, if she sees this plea, to make contact with us.”

 Anyone with information can contact police on 101 quoting log reference 1190 of August 7.
