Police are appealing for information following a road traffic collision in Southport earlier this month.
At around 10pm on Saturday 10th December, police received a report that a Ford Fiesta was driven in the wrong direction on the Kew roundabout and collided with a Ford Mondeo.
There were no reported injuries.
A 36-year-old man from Widnes was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and drink driving. He has been released under investigation.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the collision and anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information or dashcam footage is asked to contact police.
