A BMW which is untaxed and without MOT has been abandoned on Windsor road, Southport.

A local resident told OTS News “It was dumped here over four weeks ago, It has no tax sorn, or MOT.  It’s was reported to police but nothing happened – it shouldn’t be on the road!.”
