A Ford van which is untaxed and without MOT has has been abandoned on Cambridge road, Southport.

A local resident told OTSNews.co.uk “It was dumped here last week and has been ticked numerous times! It has no tax sorn, or MOT – it shouldn’t be on the road!.”
